Winter Mist

This took waaaaaaaaaaay too long for how simple of a design it is. This is my first vector, and I decided to make it of a new OC I made, named Winter Mist.

She's a unicorn that somehow has the capability to change the weather with magic, rather than being a pegasus.

Her cutie mark reflects her weather magic ability, shown by snowflakes and wind.
