Happy Birthday, Surf!

This is a picture I had drawn back in May. It was based off of the fact that Surf had always reminded me of Katniss Everdeen from the Hunger Games Trilogy.

I finally got around to digitally working with it in June, and in early July, I started adding finishing touches.

About 2 weeks ago, I updated the cutie mark to the more recent form.
